To get an understanding of your current health status, and build an appropriate individual coaching plan that starts to address your health goals. The package price includes 1 x 60 mins health & lifestyle assessment, coaching plan, and 4 x 45 mins check-in coaching sessions. Charges below are rates per session. The total package price is £350 (can be paid in instalments or in one payment).
